Set within an extensive estate in Surrey, the charity has undergone a great deal of positive change over the past few years which has included improving service delivery and is currently undertaking a refurbishment of the residential accommodation on site.

Alongside the charity operations, Care Ashore has a trading subsidiary generating essential income. The commercial element includes, industrial units, a glamping and caravan site, private rented sector accommodation and presents many other opportunities.

We now have the following exciting roles for people who want to get onboard and help drive the charity forwards

Working within a small estates team you will have responsibility for the care, improvement and maintenance of our substantial grounds, including the walled garden with 3 large greenhouses, the Japanese water garden, orchards, fishing lake and numerous lawned areas.

You will be working with horticultural volunteers so patience and a willingness to teach others your skills and knowledge would be required.
