Residential Accommodation

We currently have vacancies in our Springbok Radcliffe House. If you have a seafaring background and are in need of accommodation, please get in touch 01403 752555 Located in one of the most beautiful parts of Surrey we are able to offer a range of accommodation to former seafarers and their partners.

Bungalows

The bungalows currently provided have one bedroom and are unfurnished dwellings. Some have had special adaptations to make them more accessible to those who may require it. Every bungalow has an emergency call system in case of a fall or sudden illness. In addition there many other provisions designed to make daily life as easy as possible and to encourage neighbours and residents to help and support each other.

Cunard Mews And Anchor Flats

There are 11 flats in total, these too have emergency alarms fitted at the request of the individual and receive the same support and services as the bungalows.

Five of the flats are located on the first floor and are best suited for those with no mobility difficulties.

Every effort is made by the Charity to ensure that residents are able to live as independent lives as possible. However it is recognised that some residents require more support than others and meals can be provided in the main dining room at the request of the individual.

Springbok Radcliffe House

The accommodation in Springbok Radcliffe House is designed for single male seafarers, each room has a bedroom, living room and dedicated toilet / shower facilities. The residents receive all the support offered to residents of the other accommodation, but also can have meals provided each day.

A passenger lift serves each floor to aid those with mobility difficulties. This accommodation suits those who may be less independent. There are kitchenettes on each floor (3) where a resident can prepare a meal if they choose to rather than having meals provided. All rooms have an emergency alarm system installed.
